South Burlingame, formed on June 7, 1910, is a southwest neighborhood located 4 miles from downtown Portland. The community is bordered is by the Hillsdale, Collins View, Marshall Park, Marquam, Corbett-Terwilliger, and Multnomah neighborhoods.
South Burlingame has a close-knit feel and is surrounded by beautiful landscape that will make you forget you are only five minutes from Downtown. Homes sit on larger lots than other neighborhoods and there is no shortage of Portland charm. South Burlingame has a very active neighborhood association where residents can take part in organizing picnics and block parties or help with environmental and land issues.
